boxes

I got two boxes in the mail this week, one from my mother and the other from the woman who will replace my mother in my fathers life...
Needless to say I am still having to deal with my feelings in this situation because it is still weird for me to grasp.

My mother's box was the most perfect box she has ever sent me.
It was full of candy and goodies and tons of crap I needed.
I did not take a picture because in the moment I was pretty much in awe that it actually was all there and before Valentines Day!!!
Huge shock because the post office and mom do NOT get along.

Next was the box that I had been told would be arriving for about two weeks now.....
in it was 5 pounds of packing peanuts
a card, a bag of gummies, and a little heart bowl to put the candy in.

now I should be grateful, but with as much hype and emphasis that was put into this box, 

I was a little let down; whatever.

I spent like two hours in the hot tub talking to some really nice girls who are in hair school,

one of which has a similar situation, which is rare here in happy valley.
